NUMS MDCAT-2024 eligibility criteria
In order to be eligible for NUMS MDCAT 2024 examination, applicants must have passed Intermediate/HSSC Pre-Medical Group or equivalent exam equivalent to the A-Level exam or the 12th Grade. NUMS Entrance Test for 2024 Model
NUMS MDCAT will comprise two parts: NUMS MDCAT will be comprised of two components:
Part A
Part A will comprise 95 percent of the total amount of weight that will be used in the NUMS entry Test 2022. It will comprise 150 multi-choice question (MCQs) and a set length of time that is 150 minutes (2 thirty minutes and two hours). The structure in Part A can be described as the following:
- Biology: 35%
- Chemistry: 25%
- Physics: 25%
- English: 10%
In addition, there will be also a Psychological Test comprising 100 MCQs to be completed with in the time limit of 30 minutes. The time of the test will be around 150 minutes and the highest score is 200. It is important to remember that there is no negative marking. Following the MDCAT’s 150 minutes students will have to sit for a 30 minute aptitude test. The test is compulsory, but does not impact the order of merit.
