Phil or Ph.D. Students/Researchers for instrumental access/sample analysis. The government has decided to offer financial aid to those who cannot afford their tuition. Candidates who wish to benefit from this program must fill out the form using the method below.

Candidates from any region of Pakistan may apply for the scholarship. Keeping in view the high cost of research data acquisition i.e. acquiring and maintaining modern scientific equipment, the Government of Pakistan has approved a project to enable the scientific community to have access to sophisticated equipment by providing financial support for free sample analysis to the students of M. Sc.! MS! M. Phil! Ph.D.! researchers enrolled with public sector research institutions, universities, R&D organizations, and strategic research centers in Pakistan. About the cost-intensive nature of acquiring research data, i.e., purchasing and maintaining high-tech equipment for scientific research and equipment, PCSIR has partnered with the Government of Pakistan has approved an initiative that will allow scientists to gain access to the most advanced equipment through financial assistance for the analysis of free samples to students of M.Sc. / MS/ M. Phil/ Ph.D./
Conditions for eligibility to PCSIR Funding MS and PhD
M. Sc./ MS! M. Phil M. Phil. Ph.D. researchers and students enrolled at research institutions in the public sector and universities R&D organizations, as well as strategic research centers in Pakistan subject to approval by the supervisor of research, the Director of the department, and the Director.
How to apply for the PCSIR Financing Program
- Interested candidates can apply online and submit the Requisition Form and other supporting documents to the applicant’s undersigned.

- The candidate can only take advantage of this chance if they complete the completed requisition form along and the following attachments:
- Description of the research proposal in summary
- Copy of Approval of Research Proposal/Synopsis
- Consent (Letter) and the Quotation of Service Provider
- A Brief Profile of the Research Supervisor
- A service will examine the samples and bill the interested person.
- The applicant should provide a satisfactory written report, which the manager then certifies.
