Faculty members of public sector colleges/universities chartered by the Govt of Punjab may apply for the award of 8-10 months International Postdoc Scholarships. HEC provides Postdoc scholarship opportunities for the top international universities. Public and government sector employees are eligible for 8 to 10 months of International Postdoc Scholarships. Punjab HEC Postdoc Scholarship 2024 Online Registration Last Date
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Candidate must possess a Ph.D. Degree from an HEC-recognized universities.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years old on the day of the closing.
- Experience Regular (BPS or TTS) faculty member at a public-sector college or university.
Make sure you submit a well-written research proposal that is pertinent to the academic discipline as well as the industry/society requirements of the nation. Be sure to have your university included as one of the best 200 universities in QS’s world universities’ general ranking for 2024 or the top 50 of QS’s subject-specific ranking.
Grant Provision:
PHEC will offer the bench fee as well as settlement allowances, stipends, and return airfare in this scholarship program, by PHEC regulations.
The eligible candidate must meet the following criteria:
- You must have the Ph.D. qualification at one of the HEC-accredited universities.
- You must be at least 45 years old on the date of closing.
- You must be a regular (BPSor The TTS) faculty member at an accredited public-sector college or university.
- Placement in a college or university included in the QS world-university general rankings for 2021 and/or top 50 in QS subject-wise rankings.

How to Apply for PHEC Postdoc Scholarship
Visit the official website for PunjabHEC www.punjabhec.gov.pk and click the International Post-Doctoral Scholarships link to apply online.
Filled out the application form including an extensive research proposal and plan of study. A letter of acceptance from the supervisor of the faculty at a foreign institution that must be one of the best 200 institutions as per the QS World University Rankings of 2024, or among the top 50 in QS Subject Wise Rankings. The letter must clearly state the length of the postdoc beginning date, the start date, as well as the bench fee.
